On January 24, 2017, the company held a grand New Year's Eve dinner at Wangjiawan Dongxin Hotel. All company employees participated, and the atmosphere was harmonious and friendly. An important item at the annual meeting was the awards ceremony for the outstanding employees of 2016. Outstanding employees were nominated by their departments based on criteria such as "dedication to one's post, adherence to regulations, and performance results," and selected by a secret ballot of all company employees. Unlike previous years, in 2016, while strictly adhering to the selection criteria, the company significantly increased the number of awardees and also increased the reward amount to 10 [currency unit] per person.
