Comprehensive R&D
Xianjie has high-level independent research and development capabilities and a complete product matrix. Xianjie products cover technology routes such as DC, stepper, and brushless, and are compatible with control methods such as voltage, PWM, LIN/CAN signal feedback. They accurately output torque and speed, achieving a long lifespan. They have self-learning, self calibration, self-protection, and self diagnosis functions, meeting the needs of different customers and scenarios.
Total Validation
Xianjie strictly follows the test outline to complete the recognition and verification of the product. Xianjie's own laboratory can complete type tests by itself, and can measure various physical quantities such as mechanics, acoustics, optics, electricity, etc. It has about 50 environmental test boxes, more than 10 comprehensive product testing equipment, special gear measuring instruments, coordinate measuring instruments, anime projectors, semi anechoic chambers, etc.
Smart Manufacturing
Xianjie actively builds smart workshops, with more than 20 automated and semi automated production lines in the factory, deploying MES systems to monitor production and quality data in real time, using the world's industrial robots and visual impact recognition equipment, and having the first online noise detection system and vibration recognition system in China, ensuring quality through consistency and creating advantages through high efficiency.
Enterprising Team
The management team of Xianjie not only has an educational background, but also has ample industry experience. The core members graduated from well-known universities such as Peking University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Central South University, Wuhan University of Technology, and University of Munich, and also have professional experience in top OEMs or Tier1 such as Porsche, Bosch, Valeo, and Mahler.
