  Training Reflections:

  Xiao Lian: One must constantly learn to continuously improve oneself.

  If you think you've already reached the mountaintop, then

  no matter how far you walk, you're only going downhill!

  Yang Chen: We need to give employees direction and guidance, not

  control every step of their movements. The focus of management is not

  control, but to inspire employees' potential!

  Wang Bixiu: Provide excellent service, find problems within ourselves, change ourselves,

  innovate, market ourselves first, and win

  a good reputation from customers!

  Zhu Xianpeng: When facing problems, there are two mentalities: a childlike mentality,

  encountering problems, one first looks for excuses, psychologically relying on others,

  avoiding responsibility; another is an adult mentality, one will first face the problem directly, think independently, and dare to take responsibility!

  Tu Yong: Everyone should have the mentality of achieving oneself, achieving others, and achieving the company. How does one cultivate such a mentality?

  1) The problem is mine;

  2) I am the one who solves problems;

  3) Never privately discuss the company's shortcomings (talking about it face-to-face is giving suggestions; talking behind one's back is gossiping);

  4) Having received income and honors, one must bear corresponding responsibilities and grievances!
